VincyFresh Ltd was formed in October 2007(a joint venture Company formed by the Winfresh formerly WIBDECO and the National Properties Ltd) to perform an anchoring and a game changing role in the agricultural diversification, pursued by the Ministry of Agriculture and by extension the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines by the marketing of fresh produce and by value addition.

On 30 April 2015, Winfresh Limited acquired all the shares of NPL, making Vincyfresh a wholly-owned subsidiary of Winfresh. We are located in Diamond Industrial Estate, the heart of the agricultural community on the windward interior of the Island which gives us close proximity to our suppliers (farmers). This ensures that only the freshest ingredients are used in ALL of our products that are branded under the Winfresh family.

We are committed to manufacturing exotic fruit pulps, gourmet sauces and condiments under the highest internationally recognized standards and meeting all customer expectations in domestic, regional and international markets. Our products are processed using state of the art equipment, and only the best packaging materials are used to bring the freshest products to our customers. A deep and engaging relationship with our farmers-suppliers is a core value of the company. We work in tandem with the extension services of the Ministry of Agriculture to ensure this relationship is mutually beneficial and sustainable.
