These all-new Ingredient Discovery Sessions at Food Matters Live in June will provide you with a way to discover ingredients that will solve some of your biggest NPD and reformualtion project problems.

A panel of industry experts joined by the live audience of Food Matters Live attendees, will discover how certain ingredients can help create healthier, and more sustainable and nutritious products, across four themed sessions as below.

What is an Ingredient Discovery Session? These sessions are:

  • 5-minute presentations with innovative insights

  • Meeting the challenges of NPD and reformulation projects

  • Delivered to the Food Matters community, live

  • Connecting you to the right people

Ingredient discovery pitching sessions

There are four categories for the sessions:

Plant-based ingredients sessions: ingredients to support plant-based product development.

Health ingredients sessions: functional Ingredients or blends for health food, supplements, or sports nutrition.

Better-for-you ingredients sessions: ingredients to support calorie, salt, or sugar reduction.

Sustainable ingredients sessions: ingredients to support the creation of more sustainable products.
