A seasoned food industry judge starting in the WI marquees in Berkshire and a career in Food and Beverage R&D and Product Innovation spanning over 25 years with Blue Chip manufacturers and Marks and Spencer, Celia has launched and influenced many well-known brands across the food industry.

Celia Holt set up her food consultancy business ChilFood Solutions Ltd, in 2013 and continues to support Start up, SME and major food and Drink businesses across the globe.’
