Global Director, New Business, Deliveroo
Tom Peters is Global Director, New Business at Deliveroo, the leading global food delivery platform. He has responsibility for launching new consumer concepts to help drive Deliveroo's mission to become the definitive food company and feed people three times a day.
His current focus includes two areas. The first is developing and scaling the on-demand grocery business, working with partners across all International markets. The second is leading work across Deliveroo to make it easier, simpler and quicker to find healthy and plant-based food.
Prior to Deliveroo Tom was at Sky where he launched and led new business concepts in sport, music, advertising and live events. Before this he was a strategy consultant at Accenture and Strategy& (PwC). He has worked with clients across the retail, consumer, technology and media sectors on growth, innovation and sustainability strategy.
Tom has a strong interest in the convergence of technology, content and health & wellness trends. He is co-lead of the Deliveroo employee Wellbeing Group, mentors other startups in this space and is a regular contributor to conferences, industry events and podcasts
