Pascal Miola

With over 30 years working in the food industry and having trained in France as a classic chef, Pascal moved to UK & Ireland to discover a much more multicultural cuisine, to learn and gain a mixture of cooking styles.

Pascal has experience spanning the full breadth of the food industry working in fine dining restaurants, manufacturers and ingredient company in roles leading up from Sous Chef to Senior Development Chef at Kerry since 2010.

Pascal is extremely passionate about food with a high standard in taste & quality with good commercial and market focus.
