Natasja Huisman

Natasja has a background as Food Technologist. Together with the Ruitenberg R&D Team, she applies her experience in development projects with our customers. Over the years, Natasja has gained a lot of knowledge in meat, bakery, convenience and plant-based ingredients, working with our innovative food concepts. Examples of these concepts are our
alginate casings, plant-based protein structures, clean smokes, functional clean-label savoury fillings and personalized prints. She will be more than happy to answer your questions.
