Policy and Public Affairs Manager, Action on Salt and Action on Sugar
Mhairi is responsible for developing the influence and profile of Action on Salt and Action on Sugar, to gain impact with parliament, policy and decision makers. She also leads World Action on Salt, Sugar and Health, a network of experts working towards lowering salt and sugar intakes worldwide.
Mhairi obtained a MSc in International Public Health Nutrition at the University of Westminster and previously worked for the voluntary regulator of UK nutritionists, before moving to a think tank working to improve nutrition-related health outcomes by training healthcare professionals in nutrition.
