Megan Eade

Megan Eade is a Product Development Technologist working within the Product and Ingredient Innovation Team at RSSL with a BSc in Food Science and additional Patisserie qualifications. During her four years with RSSL, she has undertaken both ingredient evaluation and product development projects for food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers across a range of food categories. She also has worked considerably in staying on top of market trends in the food and drink sector to support clients in their innovations.
