Dr. Eva Monterrosa is a nutritionist and scientist with 15 years of research and professional experience in maternal and child nutrition. In her current role as Sr. Program Manager for Demand Creation and Behavior Change at GAIN, she provides technical assistance on consumer dietary choices in market delivery models. Dr. Monterrosa’s expertise are in the domains of food choice/food customs, consumer insight research, social marketing, intervention design and planning, monitoring and evaluation. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Alberta, Canada and PhD in Human Nutrition from Cornell University.
