Claire is a Registered Nutritionist with 15 years’ experience working in nutrition with food manufacturers, foodservice and regulatory bodies.
She has many years’ experience working with parents and babies from weaning age upwards. Claire uses an evidence-based approach to advise parents on areas as diverse as veg-led weaning, introducing new textures and finger foods, baby and toddler nutritional needs and how to help in the fussy eating phase. Claire is a freelance nutritionist who works with Ella’s Kitchen advising on their products and their guidance for parents.
Sport and nutrition have also always been a key area of interest and expertise for Claire. A keen athlete, she has worked with international sports nutrition brands on product development and nutrition communications and also regularly provides staff and member training sessions in gyms across the country on sports nutrition, diet, training and supplements.
