Food Matters Live 2016 played host to six themed visitor attractions, bringing to life the learning from the conference and seminars through a series of thought provoking installations and live interactive demonstrations, tastings and talks located within the exhibition floor.

Catering for Health will feature narrated cooking demonstrations showcasing how caterers and chefs can provide nutritious and healthier choices to meet different dietary needs across a range of different settings.
The FEED Sensorium will showcase the latest scientific developments impacting the food industry and food policy, and provide tools to help industry design the most exciting, commercially viable, sustainable and healthy foods of the future.
The Growth Lab returns to Food Matters Live providing young and enterprising food and drink businesses with access to a range of business advisory specialists - from funding, health claims, NPD through to patents and getting into retail.
The Experimental Café at Food Matters Live will present a real-life experiment investigating consumers' food decisions and behaviours, in association with the Centre for Food and Hospitality Research at Institut Paul Bocuse and Levy Restaurants UK.
